This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Sponsored Leap uses on relocateviawork.com and app.relocateviawork.com, and why. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, like whether you are logged in, between page loads.
2. Cookies We Use
Sponsored Leap only uses strictly necessary, functional cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics tools that set cookies. Specifically:
- Session/authentication cookie. Set when you log in, so the platform knows who you are as you move between pages. Without this, you would need to log in again on every page. This cookie is essential and cannot be disabled while remaining logged in.
- Beta access cookie. Used only on our staging environment during pre-launch testing, to recognise an invited tester who has redeemed a unique access link. Not present on the live production site.
None of these cookies are used to track you across other websites, build an advertising profile, or sell data to third parties.
3. Payment Providers
When you check out with Stripe or Paystack, those providers may set their own cookies on their hosted checkout pages to process your payment securely. These are governed by Stripe's and Paystack's own cookie policies, not this one, since that part of checkout happens on their domain, not ours.
4. Managing Cookies
Because we only use essential cookies, disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from staying logged in, but will not otherwise affect your ability to browse the public parts of the site. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings, look for “Cookies” or “Site Data” in your browser's privacy settings.
