Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Sponsored Leap (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at relocateviawork.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sponsored Leap. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Platform Description

Sponsored Leap is a career development platform that provides:

• AI-powered career tools (CV optimiser, LinkedIn optimiser, career coach)
• A curated sponsorship jobs board
• The 21-Day Sponsorship Challenge programme
• 1:1 coaching and mentorship sessions
• A community forum for members

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We provide tools, resources, and guidance; results depend on your effort, qualifications, and market conditions.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@relocateviawork.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Sponsored Leap offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features including AI tools, the full jobs board, and the 21-Day Challenge.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack. We do not store card details.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you have not meaningfully used premium features. Coaching and mentorship sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. Contact us to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission
• Post spam, false information, or harmful content in the community
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course materials, workbooks, AI tool interfaces, branding, and copy, is the intellectual property of Sponsored Leap or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

Content you create on the Platform (e.g. community posts, CV documents) remains yours. By posting in public areas of the Platform, you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the Platform.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI features), Stripe and Paystack (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or errors.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Career advice and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal or immigration advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsored Leap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
